Very clean bedroom; new mattress on bed; spotless bathroom; quiet in the corridors; low storey with views over fields and hills. The wonderful restaurant was a surprise as the food was the best my husband had had all holiday (he had some kind of steak). Staff in there were so professional and made suggestions about the best wine for the steak. Though we visited out-of-season and the pool was closed, a large sunny terrace was accessible and very warm in April 2023. We were left to read there in peace (we could pop through a conveniently placed side door to get drinks from the bar) and I greatly appreciated this.

Air conditioning a definite plus, given the high outside temperatures when we visited at the end of June. All rooms are accessible by elevator. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but in the nearby shopping district which is a welcome feature of the area.
